Is Heartivy anonymous?

You can participate in community spaces with privacy controls. Some features, such as counselor sessions, may require account information to connect you with a professional.

How do I talk to a counselor?

Sign up as a client, browse available counselors under Find a Counselor, and start a session when you are ready. You will need to be signed in to book or chat.

Is Heartivy a replacement for therapy or emergency care?

No. Heartivy offers peer support, community, and access to counselors, but it is not a substitute for emergency services or in-person clinical care. If you are in crisis, visit our Safety Center.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support@heartivy.com and our team will help you with account deletion requests.
